Greetings

Hello everyone. My name is Sugimori, and I am a certified administrative scrivener. Thank you for visiting our website.

Our office assists with visa applications and supports you in obtaining a visa smoothly.

After grasping the key points of the Immigration Bureau’s examination, we will diagnose whether or not you will pass the examination, and provide you with information on what documents and supporting materials you should submit (or what you should not submit), and we will do our utmost to support you in obtaining your residence status (visa).

During my university years, I enrolled in a seminar on private international law for two years, where I gained in-depth knowledge of international marriages and the employment of foreigners. Before opening my own administrative scrivener’s office, I traveled to 25 cities in 10 Asian countries for three months.

During my travels, I was allowed to visit the homes of local people I met for the first time, they treated me to meals, and they helped me out on many occasions. Even after becoming an administrative scrivener, I have not forgotten the help I received and I try to respond to the consultations of foreigners kindly and courteously. I find my job rewarding by meeting foreigners living in Japan every day, experiencing different languages and customs, and being able to support their stay in Japan while experiencing their culture.

Unfortunately, however, due to an increase in foreigners coming to Japan to commit crimes, work illegally, or enter into fraudulent marriages in order to obtain visas, immigration bureaus are now conducting stricter screening, and if you apply without being fully prepared, your visa may be denied even if you have a legitimate reason.

We want to help foreigners live in Japan legally and safely, so if you need our assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us! Our experts, who are well versed in immigration procedures, will do their best to assist you.
